Meet the Historian
Hi, I'm Amanda! Historian Candle Co. started in 2022 as a COVID hobby that turned into a business. I'm a trained historian by background (hence the name), a lifelong gamer, and generally obsessed with pop culture (and candles!)
Every scent is my way of capturing a favorite fictional world or story, from a walk through Fangorn Forest to a cozy cup of coffee at Central Perk. Each candle and wax melt is handmade with love by me. Come find me at a convention and say hi!

How much are your candles and wax melts?
Candles are $24 each, and wax melts are $8 each.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, card, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, Apple Pay, Google Pay–whatever's easiest for you!
How long does a candle last?
Each 10 oz candle has an approximately 40-hour burn time.
What are your candles made out of?
Our candles and wax melts are made from 100% soy wax.
Do you take scent or fandom requests?
Absolutely! I love hearing ideas, though I can't promise every request will become a candle. Tell me at the booth or e-mail me at [email protected].
Do you sell online?
